Torquemeters provides a comprehensive global aftermarket support service across its product range, ensuring availability of customers’ performance critical torque measurement and test systems.

Torquemeters supports its original equipment products, including Torquetronic™ Continuous Duty, coupling and integrated test rigs, throughout their lifecycle. From installing & commissioning to servicing & upgrade activities, Torquemeters has a full suite of spares, repairs and field service support available.

With a dedicated pool of field service engineers available, on-site support is undertaken by a highly trained and experienced team underpinned by in-depth technical analysis from Torquemeters product engineering group.

The Aftermarket team is closely attuned to customers’ requirements for high service availability, quick turnaround and adherence to planned outage intervals. With initial support and response available within 24 hours, the team can arrange for fast turnarounds for calibration, spares provision or repair activities to minimise the impact on customers’ operations.

Whilst its’ products demostrate exceptional service life and reliability, Torquemeters can advise on a variety of upgrade options including:

  • Plant life extension
  • Plant life improvement
  • Interchangeable torsion shaft cartidge replacement

Torquemeters can also provide a subscription-based annual service package including a yearly calibration service, guaranteed service engineer response, ongoing technical support/advice and discounted spares pricing.
