Van Millingen Number

The Van Millingen Number is a unique rating set up by the company founder Mr Van Millingen many years ago to establish the complexity of rotating equipment. The speed (n) in rpm multiplied by the square root of the Power (P) in kW give the number. From the attached chart this allows engineers to establish the level of difficulty of the project.
