How to Initiate an RMA:
Contact Torquemeters:
Reach out to our dedicated customer support team through sales@torquemeters.com and fill in the RMA form you can download from here. Please provide details such as your order number, contact details, addresses, product serial number, and the reason for the return.

RMA Request Review:
Our team will review your request and provide you with an RMA number if your request meets the necessary criteria. This number is essential for tracking your return.

Shipping Instructions:
Once your RMA is approved, you will receive detailed shipping instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

Important Points to Note:
RMA Number Requirement:
Ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package. Packages without a valid RMA number may experience delays in processing.

Product Condition:
Returned products must be in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

Timely Returns:
To expedite the process, please ship the product back to us within 2 working weeks after receiving the RMA number.

What Happens Next:

Inspection:
