Customer Complaints Handling Procedure

In the unlikely event you should experience an issue with Torquemeter Ltd services you should contact your Torquemeters sales representative who will ensure your concern is passed directly to the Quality department for independent assessment.

The Quality department will take swift and appropriate action to ensure your concerns are effectively addressed and will report back to you the results of the internal review and any actions taken.

Torquemeters Ltd is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and all issues raised will be reported to the senior management within the Company.

Coronavirus Update - 1st January 2021

Torquemeters Ltd is committed to maintaining its usual high level of service and support whilst operating a safe and socially-distanced environment for all our staff & customers.
